Welcome to TWU - Panhellenic Fall 2025 Primary Recruitment

Primary Recruitment is a mutual selection process where potential new members explore the Panhellenic Council Chapters at Texas Woman’s University. Potential new members have the opportunity to become familiar with current sorority members and their chapters, meet other potential new members, and become acclimated to the collegiate experience.

Registration for Panhellenic Recruitment is open to all eligible undergraduate women, including first-time in college and transfer students.
Eligibility includes a minimum 2.5 high school GPA (for recent high school graduates) or cumulative 2.5 GPA for transfer/currrent TWU students, enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours at Texas Woman's University for Fall 2025 and participation in all Formal Recruitment events.

A non-refundable fee of $30 is required as part of the Panhellenic Council Registration process.

The three chapters in our Panhellenic Council that are recognized by the university are:

Alpha Gamma Delta
Alpha Omicron Pi
Sigma Sigma Sigma 

Recruitment Weekend is September 11-14, 2025. 
All events are in person.

If you are interested in participating with the intent to join a chapter, attendence is required at all recruitment of the following events.


Recruitment Weekend Overview:

September 11
     Orientation: 5-6 pm
     Attire: Casual/TWU Spirit

September 12
     Meet and Greet: 2:30 pm - 7 pm. You will have 3 opportunities to mingle. 
     Attire: Panhellenic Recruitment Shirt (You will receive this at Orientation.)

September 13
     Philanthropy: 1-6:30 pm. 
     Attire: Business Casual

September 14
     Preference: 9 am-1:30 pm. You can attend up to 2 events. 
     Attire: Business Professional 
     Break: 1:30-4:30 pm 
     Bid Distribution: 5:30 pm
         Attire: Casual 
     Bid Day Celebrations: 6:00 pm 
         Attire: Casual
